S15L 3-9kW eCompressor
The S15L 3-9 FC eCompressor is a high-performance, single-stage centrifugal compressor designed for advanced fuel cell applications. It offers a continuous shaft power of 6.5 kW and operates with an input voltage range of 200–400 VDC, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of power systems.
Built with oil-free, contactless air foil bearings, the S15L provides exceptional reliability and durability while maintaining minimal wear over time. It is designed to handle ambient air temperatures from 30°C to 60°C, with a coolant system utilizing water/glycol for optimal thermal management.
Operating at a rated speed of 160,000 rpm, the S15L achieves a maximum pressure ratio of 2.5 PR and a maximum flow rate of 50 g/s at 2.5 PR, making it suitable for high-efficiency applications. Its compact design measures 227 × 177 × 121 mm and weighs less than 5.5 kg (including the integrated controller), offering exceptional power density.
With a system efficiency of over 65% (including the controller), the S15L stands out as an energy-efficient solution.
