Sprintex provides two levels of Warranty coverage for both New and Used Vehicles.
NEW VEHICLE WARRANTY
As per manufacturer’s warranty for the Engine, Gearbox and Drive Train where failure occurs as a direct result of the Supercharger Installation.
1. SPRINTEX SUPERCHARGER
Warranty is subject to the unit being installed to a new vehicle, by an Authorised Sprintex Installer in accordance with Sprintex’s installation procedure.
2. SERVICING
Your Sprintex Supercharged MG ZT or Rover 75 can only be serviced by an AUTHORISED SPRINTEX APPROVED SUPERCHARGER SPECIALIST.
i. No unauthorised service or alteration may be undertaken to the Sprintex Supercharger or standard vehicle specification.
ii. Any modification or alteration from the Sprintex or MG Rover specification shall affect your warranty.
iii. All warranty work, claims or repairs can only be undertaken by an Authorised Sprintex Agent and is subject to warranty approval from Sprintex.
3. FUEL SPECIFICATIONS - MG ZT & ROVER 75
Minimum 95RON / Premium Unleaded.
4. SUPERCHARGER BELT AND PULLEY
The Supercharger Belt and Pulley MUST be inspected at every routine service, with the Belt replaced every 50,000 kms or 2 years, which ever occurs first.
5. OIL SPECIFICATION (ENGINE ONLY)
MG ZT & Rover 75 APPROVED VISCOSITY is 5W/40.
*NO OTHER OIL CAN BE USED
6. SUPERCHARGED
Your Sprintex Supercharger warranty provides a guarantee against any manufacturing defect during the warranty period. The warranty guarantees the replacement of any parts which fail as a result of a manufacturing defect in normal operating conditions and excludes circuit racing, speed trails and any form of motor sport activities. In addition any unauthorised alteration to the vehicles original specification or failure to meet the approved service requirements will affect your warranty.
USED VEHICLE WARRANTY**
· 12 months / 20,000 kms
· This warranty is valid from the date of installation, which ever occurs first
· The Sprintex Warranty is NOT TRANSFERABLE

**Warranty on Used Vehicles only applies to vehicles which have travelled less than 100,000 kms at the date of installation. In the event that the vehicle has exceeded this mileage prior to installation, there is no warranty coverage.
